Debbie Taylor

Debbie is a native Washingtonian, born and raised in Spokane. She moved to Snohomish County in 1975 and has made this her home ever since. This is where she began her real estate career, starting in mortgage lending. She acquired her own escrow company and then moved into the development and building industry. Realizing that getting her real estate license would be beneficial to her construction company, she decided to get her real estate license. Since 1991 being a real estate broker has been her passion.

With 32 years of experience to contribute helping to serve her clientele, Debbie has been a Designated/Managing Broker since the late 90’s. She has had the opportunity to grow her business by offering exemplary service, providing a high standard of professionalism and believes that honest & clear communication is the most important aspect in representing her buyers & sellers. Once she became a Designated Broker, Debbie began managing some of the most prestigious offices in Snohomish County. She has mentored hundreds of agents, helping to problem solve, navigate them through the legal aspects of contract law and support them as they have grown their business.

Over the past several years she has also devoted hundreds of hours of volunteer work in her community. She has had the opportunity to be a City Council member, Planning Commission member, President of the local Community Coalition, President of her local Chamber of Commerce and head of Women’s Ministry at her church.
