Hello,

My name is Cathy Szechenyi and I am the Owner of Platinum Real Estate Services and a FULL TIME Real Estate Professional with over 22 years of experience buying and selling homes, new construction and vacant land.

Cathy was born and raised in Canada but moved to Snohomish County in 2001 to be with her husband, Stephen who owns his own business building custom and spec homes. She loves to call this area home now. Cathy enjoys spending time with her family & her two daughters doing things together like watching her oldest daughter’s soccer and tennis activities, her younger daughters dance competitions and cheer events.  She also loves going to a Mariner's game, Silver Tips Hockey and Seahawks games. In her spare time, Cathy loves traveling, camping, family game nights, mini golf, go carts, boating, movies, dining out, entertaining, cooking and just hanging out with friends in the backyard at the firepit. .

Cathy is very involved in our community and volunteers currently on the Board of Directors for the local youth soccer club as the Director of Public Relations & Fundraising. She also has been known to volunteer as Team Mom for her daughter’s competition Dance Team or Select Soccer Team and is always willing to help out others and lend a helping hand in the community.

During her 22+ years of selling and buying Real Estate, she has consistently proven to be the agent to hire to get the job done.
